What each status means
- Sources: Shipments.xlsx is the master. For units already on a vessel it sets the vessel, port of discharge, arrival note, ETA and C&F. Unit detail (colour, interior, status, production month, reservations) comes from SUV 2027.xlsx (Nissan) and Infiniti SUV 27.xlsx, both on SharePoint and read . The master lists only shipped units (35 of the MY2027 SUVs), so confirmed, allocated and pending units come from the unit files. Export lines in the master (Mena Motors, Connection Global, Golden Coast) are excluded.
- Ready now (in stock): physical domestic stock (Nissan and Infiniti) from the VAULT's "RYMCO Inventory" report (as of ). The master has no sold or reserved status, so it can't say what is in stock. The report gives quantities and reservations per grade and model year only, with no colours.
- Value = units × C&F. C&F per unit = master amount ÷ quantity for the same grade and model year (non-export lines; the most common price when lines differ). If the master has no line, the C&F file CF_Nissan_Fouad.xlsx is used. Infiniti MY2027 grades have no C&F in either file, so they show N/A. Currency is not labelled; shown as USD.
- Country of origin: shown as N/A until the origin documentation is supplied.
- Firm vs expected (in the Car flow hover): firm = in transit or confirmed (paid). Expected = allocated (approved by the supplier but not yet paid, so it can still change). Pending is never counted as available.
- In transit: on a vessel listed in Shipments.xlsx.
- Confirmed: paid for and coming to RYMCO.
- Allocated: RYMCO's allocation request has been approved by the supplier.
- Pending: the allocation request is still under supplier review. Hidden unless "Include pending orders" is on.
- Reserved: a customer name is filled in. Only initials are shown here; full names stay in the source file.
- ETA: the master's arrival note where there is one. It is the UAE port of discharge date (Fujairah, Khor Fakkan), not the Beirut arrival. Otherwise ETA = production month + 3 months.
- Typos normalised: "confimred" → Confirmed, "allcoated" → Allocated, "NWB" → NBW.
